I have problems by finding a target in another city
To calculate routes outside the city where you are in, please select the "Nationwide" option from the price calculation. With this option activated fairTAXI first will search in your city, then in your country and then worldwide.

How can my TAXI company be added to fairTAXI?
For this reason use our form for submitting of TAXI companies in the top menu. After we have reviewed your submission we will add you immediately to our directory. If you even own a taxi company, you can also send your current TAXI fares.

Why do I get wrong target addresses after search?
For the most accurate TAXI fare calculation, a detailed description of the target is necessary. The more information available, the more accurately the fare will be charged. If known, always enter the street and house number of the desired target, or use the Point-of-Interest search by entering a business name or the name of a known place, institution or similar.

A well known taxi company from my city is not listed in fairTAXI, what can I do to change this?
To send us new taxi company, please use either the fairTAXI Intl. built-in function for submitting taxi companies or fill out the form on this website in the top menu.

The calculated fare occasionally deviates from the actual price, why?
Depending on traffic and local knowledge of the taxi driver it is of course possible that the actual price is slightly different. Although due to the traffic situation is for choosing a different route, the result is another route length. The calculated fair taxi price thus serves as an orientation, which however is usually very accurate.

Why is the display of my current address occasionally diffrent from my actual location?
Depending on your location, it is possible that the accuracy of the location varies. In confined spaces for example determining your position is not as precisely as possible in the open areas. If so, you can optimize the determination of your position by going outside. You can, of course, set your desired target manually by using the integrated map feature.
